Before you start
This form is your pre-qualification to work with Lion Labour. You'll be asked for your personal details, right to work, experience, licences, and a few declarations. Have the following ready so you can complete the form in one go.
Key documents you'll need
- ID: Australian passport or driver's licence, or if you're on a visa, your visa grant notification from the Department of Home Affairs
- White Card: A clear photo or scan of your construction induction card
- If you have other tickets (e.g. forklift, EWP), you can upload them when we ask about licences
